How to pay?
We offer you four options:
- you can choose to pick your order up and pay in the shop
- you pay beforehand through a bank tranfer.
- you pay via our secured online check-out provided by multisafepay which allows you to pay with Visa, Mastercard, etc.
- you pay via Paypal.

Belgian customers can also pay by cash on delivery. In this case sending costs are 15 euros for a package under 10 kilos. If you prefer this option, please notify beforehand. This option is only valid for Belgian residents.
For custom orders we always ask an advance payment of 15% to confirm your order. For rugs bigger then 12m² or big projects and special shapes we always ask an advance payment of 50%.
